Compile, update, and maintain accurate employee records and files.
Manage the employee database and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and assist with HR record audits.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist with posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct initial phone interviews and background checks.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including new employee orientations and training sessions.
Prepare employment contracts and assist with termination paperwork.
Payroll & Benefits:
Provide support for payroll processing, including verifying hours, processing pay, and correcting errors.
Assist with benefits administration, answering employee questions about benefits, and coordinating enrollment.
Communication & Employee Relations:
Act as a first point of contact for employees and external stakeholders, answering inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Help coordinate and conduct employee events and recognition activities.
Assist with resolving employee issues and grievances.
Administrative Support:
Schedule HR meetings, maintain calendars, and manage the HR departmental inbox.
Generate reports on HR activities and performance.
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws and employment standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
