Assist in recruitment process -- job posting, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
Handle joining formalities, induction, and exit formalities.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data like attendance and leaves.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events.
Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, experience letters, and confirmation letters.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR regulations.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks.
Handle employee queries professionally and confidentially.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of HR software or HRMS will be an added advantage.
