Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:



1) Assist in all the HR functions like - Recruitment, Performance management, Employee engagement, Learning and Development, etc

2) End to end recruitment: Sourcing resumes, conducting interviews, document verification, reference checks, coordinating with managers for the interview, offer release.

3) Timely issue of employment letters and documents.

4) Maintain employee database as per the compliance.

5) Executing the administrative tasks in the HR department.

Basic Skills required:



- Microsoft Office

- Documentation

- Drafting letters

- English communication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Goregaon, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
