Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and physical files
Manage onboarding & induction programs for new hires
Coordinate with payroll for attendance, leaves, and salary processing
Ensure compliance with labor laws (e.g. Minimum Wages Act, Factories Act, Shops & Establishments)
Handle employee grievances and coordinate disciplinary actions
Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination
Prepare HR reports - attrition, headcount, leave summaries, etc.
Handle offboarding process including exit interviews and final settlement
Administration:
Oversee office administration including housekeeping, security, and facility management
Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies, ID cards, and stationary
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and event arrangements
Ensure timely renewal of office licenses, AMC contracts, and insurance
Liaise with vendors and service providers; negotiate costs and terms
Maintain company records, statutory documents, and ensure audits readiness
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Experience:
Administrative: 4 years (Required)
HR : 3 years (Preferred)
