Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze HR data from multiple sources to support data-driven decision-making within the HR function. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using advanced Excel functionalities (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts, macros) to visualize HR metrics and KPIs. Support the HR team with custom data requests related to recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, attendance, and performance management. Prepare reports and visualizations that clearly communicate key trends, issues, and actionable insights to management and stakeholders. Collaborate with HR team members to identify data requirements and continuously improve data collection and reporting processes. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven expertise in Excel and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, data modeling, macros). Experience with HR data or related analytics preferred. Working knowledge of data visualization and dashboard creation (Excel mandatory; Power BI/Tableau is an added advantage). Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting and teamwork. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business, or a related field preferred. Male candidates and immediate joiners will be given preference.

Additional Preferences:

Prior experience or coursework in HR analytics or business analysis is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple deadlines.
