Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Need to work on day to day in office HR & Operations activities
- Good in maintaining employee relations, leave management, planning and conducting Employee Engagement Programmes, etc
- Preparation of s and Posting vacancies on various portals
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates (mostly IT resources) from various sources
- Screening candidate as per required details
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Updating and maintaining an internal database of relevant candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
- Compose job offer letters
- Freshers having an eagerness to learn and develop themselves are welcome
- Bachelor's/ Master's in Human Resource Management
- Knowledge about various interview formats
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- Should be a Go-Getter with a Can-Do Attitude
