Job SummaryNeed urgently an Administration and Human Resource personnel with sufficient knowledge on specific fields. Need to know attendance & payroll preparation. Need to look after the assets and maintenance along with AMC details. Need to co-ordinate with employees as well as different vendors as and whenever required.Need to finalization of accounts / preparation of balance sheet, co-ordination with banks.
Responsibilities and DutiesDaily basis accounts, Administration and office management tasks
Attendance & payroll preparation along with interaction with Govt/ regulatory authorities related with employee PF and ESI related matters.
Need to look after the assets and maintenance along with AMC details.
Need to co-ordinate with employees as well as different vendors for maintenance and repairing related tasks as and whenever required.
Liaison with Govt/ regulatory authorities/ Bank/ legal authorities if required.Negotiation with vendors/ mechanics.Banking related work, reconciliation work.
Assignments related to import duties / licenses as & when needed.
Should have hands on experience in TDS matters.
Preparation of relevant vouchers.
Preparing invoices.
Preparation and finalization of Quarterly/monthly reports.
Interact with Suppliers: Issue PO, Follow for delivery and make Payments.Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsAt least graduation in any discipline preferable in Commerce with minimum 1 year experience.Should be well versed in MS-Office, English, Hindi and Bengali.
