We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides), and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.Responsibilities
1) Organize and maintain personnel records (Up to date)
2) Update internal databases (e.g., record sick or maternity leave)
3) Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
4) Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, agreements and ensure legal compliance
5) Assist HR Manager in Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates)
6) Answer employee queries about HR-related issues
7) Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
9) Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms to accounts
8) Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organize a job fair event Consistently recruiting excellent staff. and make all arrangements for Tradefares)
9) Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
10) Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
11) Carrying out necessary administrative duties (General Purchase / monthly Utility/ Events Organizing /Office maintenance )
12) Assisting HR Manager in Conducting performance and wage reviews.
13) Assisting HR Manager Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
14) Creating clear and concise reports.
15) Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
16) Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.( ESI / PF /PT )Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From ?18,000.00 per monthBenefits:
