HR Generalist: Aimtron Electronics Pvt LtdTimings: 9 AM to 6 PMMonday to SaturdayLocal Candidates onlyJob Responsibility.

  • Responsible for maintenance of office equipment, including computers etc.
  • Respond to questions and requests for information Answer incoming calls .
  • Follow up with departmental needs on daily/weekly basis keeping record of each activity.
  • Documentation and record keeping as required.
  • Maintaining Database, renewed documents.
  • Tracking staff attendance which includes leaves and Holidays.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word & Excel.
  • Handle monthly invoices, expenses, billing cycles, etc. and monitor and report on finance
  • Handle office administration and following up on daily administration.
  • Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion.
  • Order materials, supplies and equipment once approved from the Budget.
  • Responsible for maintenance of office equipment, including computers etc.
  • Prepare offer Letters/ Appointment letters
  • Joining Formality/ Induction /Orientation
  • Training of new candidate (product/soft skill)
  • Prepare Relieving Letter /Prepare Salary/Experience Certificate
  • Preparing HR Documents like training manuals...policies
  • Working with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific job positions
  • Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health, and medical insurance
  • Handling insurance-related issues
  • Managing workplace safety issues
  • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
  • Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, LTA, bonus, etc
  • Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
  • Ensuring statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, annual returns, factory license, shop and establishment license, labour law, and record information on a timely basis
  • Maintaining and regularly updating the master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
  • Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers
  • Leave Management
  • Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management
  • Confirmations, Performance Appraisals, Performance Management
  • Conducting Exit-Interviews and Email exit of the employee to group members
  • Enrolling new Joined to PF and ESIC. Monitoring all PF, and ESIC formalities.
  • Explain policies, strategies, and benefits to employees.
  • Employee Engagement
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelors/master's in human resource management.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the manufacturing/service industry
