- Responsible for the End to End Recruitment Process.
- Sourcing (Direct/Indirect) of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Assessing applicant\'s knowledge, skills, experience for best fit for the position.
- Screening of Applications.
- Shortlisting the suitable candidates.
- Calling And Shortlisting candidates for Interview, Coordinate and schedule the interviews.
- Onboarding & Documentation process of new joiners.
