Job Description

Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, induction, and orientation.

2. Employee Records Management



Maintain and update employee databases, personnel files, and HR records.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.

3. HR Operations & Administration



Prepare HR-related letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, transfer, etc.).

Manage attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Support payroll processing by providing attendance and leave inputs.

4. Policy Implementation & Compliance



Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).

Help in maintaining labor law documentation and audits.

5. Employee Engagement & Relations



Organize employee engagement activities and events.

Address employee queries and grievances in coordination with HR Manager.

6. Training & Development Support



Assist in coordinating training programs and workshops.

Maintain training records of employees.

7. General Administrative Duties



Support day-to-day office administration (stationery, ID cards, attendance devices).

Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.
