About the Job
The primary goal of this position is to manage daily administrative tasks and support HR functions. Handling administration, infrastructure management, travel management, vendor management, liaison, and supporting recruitment.
Maintenance office infrastructure
Travel Management
Support in Employee engagement
Procuring the IT and non-IT equipment\xe2\x80\x99s
Handling Group Medical claim and accidental reimbursement
AMC for office equipment like AC, Workstations, servers, and printers
Visitor management
Vendor Management
All Administrative activities
Manage employee expense claims.
Coordinate for recruitment
About the Ideal Candidate
Graduation in BBA/B Com
Minimum 3 years of Experience in Administration
