Job Description


We are seeking a skilled HR professional to support all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, on- and off-boarding, HRIS, employee engagement, benefits administration, and other administrative tasks. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources and facilities management. This position is based in our Hyderabad office, and will be supporting our staff in Pune and Hyderabad. Well Trust you to: Manage onboarding steps for new hires including welcome emails, background checks, IT, coordination, onboarding instructions, training schedules, insurance, salary account opening, etc. Facilitate new hires to understand company policies and procedures. Maintain all relevant new hire documents such as offer letters, NDAs etc. Manage offboarding steps for exiting employees including exit emails, checks full and final settlement calculation with Finance, communication with IT, and off-boarding checklist. Ensure timely new hire benefits enrollment (Personal accident insurance, group health insurance, access to payroll systems, etc.) Support attendance and leave management. Co-ordinate new employee accommodation booking. Liaise with concerned stakeholders for creation of ID and access card. Manage travel and hotel reservations. Maintain employee records; new hires, pay, position changes, terminations, and various organizational changes while maintaining data integrity. Help with HR-related employee questions, concerns, and offers solutions; escalate to senior management, as and when necessary. Liaise with third party vendors for regular business operations. Monitor HR compliance with workplace regulatory practices. Coordinate and facilitate company events and employee engagement initiatives. Support and participates in global HR projects. Youll need to have: Master s / Post Graduation Degree with specialization in HR. Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling HR activities. Working knowledge of Indian payroll and compliance. Hands-on experience with MS Office/Office 365 and HRIS. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with the ability to prioritize. Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly. Strong organizational and time management skills.
