Chess Gaja founded by GrandMaster Priyadharshan Kannappan is seeking a passionate and energetic person to join our team as a HR&Administration Executive for our role with a shift timing starting at 2:00 PM. This is a remote role, but we may give slight preference to candidates who are in or around Madurai. As a HR&Administration Executive, you will be responsible for: Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screens.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Employee Relations and Support:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in resolving any employee relations issues, ensuring that they are handled sensitively and in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
  • Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Help manage leave policies.
  • Managing HR tools
HR Records and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and databases, including personnel records, performance reviews, and attendance reports.
Office Administration:
  • Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing basic CRM tools
