Job Description


We are seeking a versatile and organized individual to fill the role of Admin & HR Officer. This position combines administrative and human resources responsibilities, requiring a candidate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing HR functions and office operations. Location: Panjim
Experience- 1 to 2 years
Salary- 15 to 25 k per month Requirements
-Exceptional oral and written communication skills
-Prior experience in a similar role
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities and eager to learn new things. Responsibilities
-Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling and conduct interviews.
-Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
-Assist in tracking and managing the performance & appraisal process.
-Attend to phone calls and enquiries on emails and Whatapp
-Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure clients service requirement.
-Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
-Preparing presentations and reports for the company and the clients on weekly and monthly basis Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
