We are looking for an HR cum Admin officer to manage our company\xe2\x80\x99s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.
Responsible for creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
Including processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.
Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly and, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
Update internal databases with new hire information
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
Publish and remove job ads
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
Develop training and onboarding material
Respond to employees\xe2\x80\x99 questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they\xe2\x80\x99re eligible for)
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA):
Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Experience in handling any ERP software payroll modules like SAP/HANA is mandatory.
Experience using MS Excel.
Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Organizational skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Education & Experience Requirement:
University or college degree in any domain in acceptable combination of education and experience.
3+ years of direct work experience as an HR & Admin.
