Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Coordinate onboarding activities including preparing offer letters, collecting employee documents, and organizing orientation sessions. Support the offboarding process, including exit interviews and documentation. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed. Assist with payroll administration and attendance tracking. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR manager. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role. Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.

Pay: ₹28,578.60 - ₹35,752.37 per month
