The successful applicant will have min 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
She/He will bring prior plant or site experience and demonstrate strong expertise in Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER), while also supporting other functions such as administration management, talent development, performance management, succession planning, organizational design, change management, compliance and employee engagement.
