The HR & Admin Executive will support HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative activities. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports.
Support payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave administration.
Assist in drafting HR policies, SOPs, and documentation.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide support.
Coordinate performance reviews, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.
Maintain administrative files, agreements, and compliance records.
Arrange travel, meetings, events, and facility management support.
Supervise housekeeping, security, office infrastructure, and maintenance.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HRMS, recruitment portals, and MS Office.
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
