Employee Relations

Handle employee relations issues, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
Administrative Support
:
Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings and managing office supplies.
Organize company events and employee engagement activities to foster a collaborative workplace culture.
Payroll and Compliance
:
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Ensure HR practices are in full compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Record Keeping and Documentation
:
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR-related documents.
Prepare employment letters, contracts, and other HR-related documentation.
Communication Management
: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and maintaining confidentiality.
