Key Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure everything runs like clockwork. Coordinate meetings, schedules, calendars, and internal communication. Handle documentation, data entry, filing, and basic reporting. Assist various departments with admin support whenever required. Create clean & attractive documents, slides, and basic creatives using Canva. Manage vendor coordination, office supplies, and follow-ups. Support HR/Admin teams in onboarding, attendance, and office activities. Ensure a tidy, professional, and positive office environment.

Skills & Requirements



Strong communication & coordination skills. Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable with MS Office + Canva (mandatory). Ability to multitask and manage priorities under deadlines. Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills. A team player who is reliable, responsible, and professional.

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per year
