Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesService Coordination

Coordinating

HP service calls

received from customers or HP support portals. Assigning service requests to

HP-certified service engineers

. Scheduling onsite and remote support visits based on priority and SLA.
Customer & Client Support

Acting as a

single point of contact

for customers and HP partners. Updating customers on

service status, timelines, and resolutions

. Ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely closure of service tickets.
Engineer & Spare Management

Coordinating with field engineers for call status and updates. Tracking engineer attendance, productivity, and job completion. Coordinating

spare parts ordering, dispatch, and replacement

as per HP process.
Documentation & Reporting

Maintaining service records, job sheets, and call logs. Updating service details in

HP service management tools

. Preparing daily/weekly service reports and MIS in Excel.
SLA & Compliance

Monitoring SLA adherence and escalating delays when required. Ensuring compliance with

HP service standards and guidelines

. Supporting audits and service reviews.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
