Diagnose and repair hardware issues on laptops, including screen replacements, motherboard repairs, keyboard replacements, battery issues, etc.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software.
Perform data backup and recovery, software installation, and virus removal.
Upgrade hardware components such as RAM, storage, and Wi-Fi modules.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance on laptops and peripherals.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services provided.
Provide technical support to end-users regarding laptop functionality and usage.
Liaise with vendors for parts procurement and warranty claims.
Ensure all work complies with company policies and industry standards.
Assist in laptop imaging and deployment for new users.
