Job Description

Guest Room Cleaning:

Thoroughly clean and prepare assigned guest rooms to high hotel standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting.

Public Area Maintenance:

Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and recreational areas to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Guest Interaction:

Respond to guest requests for items or services promptly and professionally, providing a high level of customer service.

Amenity & Supply Management:

Replenish guest-room supplies like toiletries, linens, and other amenities, and maintain an inventory of housekeeping supplies.

Maintenance Reporting:

Inspect rooms and public areas for any maintenance issues or damages, and report them to the appropriate department for repair.

Hygiene & Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all hotel health, safety, and security procedures, including proper handling of lost and found items and departmental keys.

Laundry Coordination:

Collect, manage, and deliver linens and towels, coordinating with the laundry department to ensure adequate supplies.

Pay: ₹8,559.46 - ₹21,752.21 per month
