Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, including room attendants, linen attendants, and public area cleaners.

Ensure all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house, are clean and well-maintained.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Provide training and coaching to housekeeping staff to improve performance and efficiency.

Manage and control inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.

Handle guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping.

Maintain accurate records of housekeeping operations, including staff attendance, room cleanliness, and inventory.

Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control processes to ensure consistency and high standards.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Housekeeping Manager/Housekeeping Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
