The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the co-working space, gaming zones, cafeteria, washrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas. The role ensures a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members, guests, gamers, and staff while managing the housekeeping team and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overall Housekeeping Operations
Supervise daily housekeeping activities across all areas of the property.
Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
Plan manpower deployment according to footfall, gaming hours, and events.
Conduct regular inspections and property rounds.
2. Cleaning & Hygiene Management
Ensure proper cleaning of workstations, meeting rooms, gaming zones, cafeteria, and washrooms.
Monitor deep cleaning schedules for carpets, upholstery, washrooms, and high-touch areas.
Ensure correct usage of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
Maintain hygiene standards as per SOP and safety norms.
3. Team Supervision & Training
Supervise housekeeping staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.
Train staff on cleaning methods, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
Assign duties, prepare duty rosters, and manage shift schedules.
Motivate and guide the team for consistent performance.
4. Guest Interaction & Complaint Handling
Address housekeeping-related guest complaints promptly.
Coordinate with front desk and operations team for special cleaning requests.
Ensure quick resolution and guest satisfaction.
5. Inventory & Material Management
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and consumables.
Ensure timely requisitioning and proper storage of materials.
Control wastage and monitor consumption patterns.
Maintain records for stock usage and audits.
6. Safety, Compliance & SOP Adherence
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Ensure proper signage for wet floors and safety hazards.
Follow internal SOPs and audit requirements.
Report accidents, damages, or safety issues immediately.
7. Event & Peak Hour Support
Plan housekeeping support for events, tournaments, meetings, and parties.
Ensure pre-event setup and post-event cleaning.
Coordinate with F&B, gaming, and operations teams during peak hours.
8. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily housekeeping checklists and inspection reports.
Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and performance records.
Submit daily and monthly housekeeping reports.
