Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily cleaning and maintenance duties.
Ensure cleanliness in all work areas, including kitchens, stores, dining zones, and office spaces.
Monitor housekeeping activities at event venues and catering sites.
Check restrooms, service areas, and event spaces for cleanliness before client arrival.
Event & Site Coordination:
Ensure timely cleaning setup before and after each event.
Coordinate with the event operations and kitchen teams for housekeeping support during service.
Supervise the cleaning of crockery, cutlery, kitchen equipment, and linen.
Ensure waste management and disposal are done properly and hygienically at event locations.
Staff Supervision:
Manage the housekeeping team -- attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance.
Provide training on cleaning methods, hygiene standards, and safety practices.
Ensure all housekeeping staff use uniforms, gloves, and cleaning materials properly.
Inventory & Supplies:
Maintain records of cleaning materials, tools, and housekeeping equipment.
Request and monitor the use of cleaning chemicals and supplies to avoid wastage.
Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Admin or Operations department.
Hygiene & Safety:
Ensure all hygiene protocols and safety standards are followed at all times.
Inspect storage areas and service rooms for cleanliness and organization.
Support management in implementing sanitation and hygiene audits.
