Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Adayar, RApuram, Thoraipakkam, Mogappair, Velachery Chennai.

Job Summary:

As a housekeeping supervisor you would be monitoring the work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure that they are providing a clean, orderly and attractive environment for the patients and the attenders.

Key Responsibilities:

To supervise the ward support works are maintained in all the public areas in accordance with the established procedure.

To allocate the ward support employees to the right area wherever required

To ensure the staff grooming

To check the uniform of the ward boys, girls and ward support employees.

To report the manager in case of any untoward incidents.

To work as per department concern and wherever they are deputed.

Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Reporting to the Head of the Department

Assign housekeeping tasks

Create staffing schedules

Provide orientation and training

Offer high-quality patient service

Manage the inventory and order supplies

Issue supplies and equipment to staff

Hire new staff

Examine and determine the need for repair and replacement

Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.

Establish standards for cleaning work.

Qualifications:

Any qualification and experience as housekeeping supervisor or similar role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?29,956.87 per month

Work Location: In person
