Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising housekeeping operations and staff.
Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards.
Coordinate with the front office, maintenance, and other departments to address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain housekeeping inventories, and ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available.
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards across all housekeeping activities.
Assist in preparing departmental schedules, budgets, and reports.
Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline in line with company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and housekeeping management software.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
