Key Responsibilities
upervise, train, and guide housekeeping staff.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for cleanliness.
Prepare duty rosters and manage staff schedules.
Monitor inventory of linen, cleaning supplies & equipment.
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams.
Handle guest requests/complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and brand standards
Requirements:
Minimum
4-5 years' experience
in the
Housekeeping Department
.
Requirement
Mandatory:
Prior experience in a
star-category property
.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, housekeeping equipment & chemicals.
Ability to work under pressure, including shifts, weekends & holidays.
Minimum 12th pass; Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
