Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning and public area maintenance.
Assign duties to housekeeping staff and inspect work to ensure standards are met.
Train and guide housekeeping team on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and company standards.
Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, back areas, and public spaces.
Report maintenance issues to the engineering department.
Prepare daily reports and update housekeeping records.
Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for smooth operations.
