Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet the hotel's luxury standards.
Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and guest readiness.
Assign duties and schedules to housekeeping staff, monitoring performance and productivity.
Provide training, coaching, and support to the housekeeping team to ensure service excellence.
Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
Maintain housekeeping supplies and ensure proper usage and inventory control.
Address and resolve guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
Assist in managing laundry operations and linen inventory as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or resort, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent eye for detail and commitment to maintaining luxury standards.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of housekeeping equipment, cleaning chemicals, and inventory management.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
