Schedule shifts, delegate tasks, train new staff on procedures, monitor performance, and provide coaching/feedback.
Quality Control:
Inspect guest rooms, lobbies, and other areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards; perform spot checks.
Inventory & Supplies:
Monitor and manage stock of linens, cleaning agents, and equipment; place orders when needed.
Guest Relations:
Address guest requests, issues, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all staff follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
Operations:
Develop cleaning plans, handle administrative tasks like reporting, and contribute to efficiency improvements.
Key Duties:
Oversee daily operations and staff activities.
Assign daily cleaning duties and inspect completed work.
Train staff on cleaning techniques, safety, and service standards.
Manage budgets and resources for the department.
Communicate with other departments (e.g., front desk).
Participate in deep cleaning projects as needed.
Recommend improvements for services and operations.
