Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned to company standards.
Assign daily duties and inspect work for adherence to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
Train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and quality.
Maintain housekeeping schedules and staffing to meet operational needs.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
Report and follow up on any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens; order stock as needed.
Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the front office and maintenance teams for room readiness and guest requests.
Prepare reports and maintain records of room inspections, staff attendance, and departmental performance.
