Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Assign duties to housekeeping staff and ensure timely completion.
Train, guide, and motivate team members to deliver quality service.
Maintain housekeeping inventory (linen, cleaning supplies, equipment).
Report and follow up on repair/maintenance needs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare duty rosters and schedules for the housekeeping team.
Maintain records of staff attendance, room status, and daily reports.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: High school diploma (Hospitality diploma preferred).
Proven experience as Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role (Hotel/Hospital/Facility management).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Flexible with shifts and schedules.
