Job Description

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to set standards. Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately. Restock housekeeping supplies and report shortages to the supervisor. Inspect assigned areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues, reporting any damages or repair needs. Follow proper procedures for handling and using cleaning chemicals. Adhere to safety, hygiene, and infection control standards. Assist with laundry duties if required. Provide courteous and prompt service to guests or residents.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning roles is an advantage but not mandatory. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time management and organizational skills. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift up to [insert weight limit]. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Working Conditions
