Job Description

Housekeeping GSA is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests, in line with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms as per hotel SOPs Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and guest amenities Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas Replenish room supplies and minibar items (if applicable) Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, and damages promptly Maintain cleanliness of public areas, corridors, lifts, and service areas Follow hygiene, safety, and security procedures at all times Handle guest requests politely and promptly Ensure proper use and care of housekeeping equipment and chemicals

Guest Service Responsibilities

Greet guests courteously and assist with their requests Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor Respect guest privacy and confidentiality Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for guest needs

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass preferred Prior experience in hotel housekeeping preferred (freshers can apply) Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and chemicals Good communication and teamwork skills Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Attention to detail and time management skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
