Clean and reset occupied/vacant rooms as per sequence of service (dusting, bed-making, bathroom, replenishments, vacuum/mopping).
Replace amenity set-ups; check minibar/snack inventory if applicable and record consumption.
Report maintenance issues (A/C, plumbing, electrical) via job cards/PMS.
Manage turndown service and special requests (extra bed, baby cot, allergy-sensitive setup).
Maintain corridors, service pantries, and assigned public areas.
Linen & Inventory
Collect, sort, and count linen; record soiled/clean tallies and report damages.
Control usage of chemicals and supplies; follow dilution/SDS guidelines.
Handle and report breakages, lost & found (log, tag, handover per SOP).
Safety, Hygiene & Compliance
Follow PPE, chemical handling, and color-coding protocols.
Adhere to infection control, pest awareness, and waste segregation (dry/wet/recyclables).
Comply with fire safety, first-aid basics, and emergency procedures.
Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards.
Operations & Coordination
Attend briefings; collect keys, devices, and checklists; update room status on PMS/mobile device.
Coordinate with Front Office for room priority, rush rooms, VIP setups.
Participate in deep-cleaning schedules, mattress turning, and periodic tasks.
Support inventory counts and annual stock takes for linen/OS&E.
