Surface Care:
Dust, polish, and wipe furniture, fixtures, mirrors, and windows.
Floor Care:
Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floors.
Bedding & Linens:
Strip soiled linens, remake beds with fresh linens, and manage laundry.
Restroom Maintenance:
Scrub toilets, sinks, showers, and replenish toiletries and supplies.
Waste Management:
Collect, empty, and dispose of trash and recycling.
Supply Management:
Restock all guest room and bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, paper products).
Maintenance Reporting:
Identify and report any damages, maintenance needs, or safety hazards to management.
Guest Service:
Respond to guest requests for extra items (towels, pillows) and provide assistance.
Lost & Found:
Handle, log, and turn in any lost items found.
Skills & Requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical stamina for repetitive tasks and lifting.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and a positive attitude.
