The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for supervising and managing all housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of all areas of the organization.
1. Staff Management
Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily duties
Prepare duty roster and manage shift schedules
Train new and existing staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and equipment
Monitor staff performance, discipline, and attendance
2. Operations & Quality Control
Ensure all rooms, toilets, offices, kitchen, corridors, and common areas are clean and maintained
Conduct daily inspections and address issues immediately
Maintain housekeeping standards, hygiene, and safety protocols
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operation
3. Inventory & Maintenance
Maintain stock of cleaning materials, chemicals, and housekeeping supplies
Ensure proper usage and avoid wastage
Report maintenance issues and follow up with the maintenance team
4. Customer/Employee Support
Handle complaints related to housekeeping and ensure timely resolution
Ensure guest/employee areas are always presentable
5. Documentation
Maintain records of cleaning schedules, checklists, attendance, and stock reports
Prepare reports for management as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
