Supervise and allocate tasks to housekeeping staff
Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues
Ensure adherence to hygiene and cleaning standards
Manage housekeeping inventory (linen, cleaning supplies, amenities)
Coordinate room readiness with Front Office and Maintenance
Train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping staff
Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements
Maintain records of rooms, laundry, and staff rosters
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team-management
Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment
Experience:
2-5 years in housekeeping; supervisory experience preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
