The Housekeeping GSA is responsible for ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and hygienic experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean guest rooms as per hotel standards including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
Maintain cleanliness of public areas like lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and staircases.
Ensure timely linen change, towel replacement, and room arrangement.
Report any maintenance issues or lost & found items to the supervisor immediately.
Handle guest requests efficiently and politely (e.g., extra amenities, laundry, etc.).
Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within assigned timelines.
Assist in room inspections and maintain housekeeping carts neatly stocked.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Support team members and contribute to a positive and hygienic environment.
