Key Responsibilities

Room Cleaning

Clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms as per hotel standards and SOPs. Make beds, change linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all room equipment is functional. Conduct deep cleaning and special cleaning projects when assigned.

Public Area Upkeep

Maintain cleanliness of corridors, lift lobbies, and public areas. Ensure proper cleaning of restrooms and high-touch surfaces. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.

Guest Interaction

Greet guests politely and assist with any room-related requests. Deliver additional amenities or supplies requested by guests. Handle guest complaints courteously and inform the supervisor for follow-up.

Operational Duties

Replenish housekeeping trolleys with linen, guest supplies, and cleaning chemicals. Ensure proper usage and handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Follow lost & found procedures strictly. Maintain accurate room status and report to the front office.

Safety & Compliance

Follow housekeeping SOPs, safety rules, and hygiene standards (HACCP & COVID protocols if applicable). Wear proper PPE and maintain grooming standards. Adhere to waste management and sustainability practices of the hotel.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
