Job Summary

The Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA) is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests. The role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to hotel cleanliness and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms as per hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities Ensure all rooms are properly maintained and ready for guest occupancy Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor promptly Clean and maintain public areas, corridors, elevators, and service areas as assigned Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures Handle guest requests politely and professionally Maintain proper use and care of housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals Comply with hotel policies, procedures, and grooming standards
Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment is an advantage (freshers may apply) Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit to perform housekeeping duties, including standing, bending, and lifting
Skills & Competencies

Attention to detail and cleanliness Time management and organizational skills Guest-focused attitude and good communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
