Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations within the restaurant premises.
Ensure all dining areas, restrooms, and back areas are cleaned and sanitized as per standards.
Assign duties to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance..
Manage stock and requisition of cleaning materials and equipment.
Train and guide housekeeping staff on hygiene standards and cleaning procedures.
Work closely with the restaurant management and kitchen teams for smooth operations..
Requirements:
At least 1 year in a supervisory or executive role.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and hygiene standards.
Good communication and team management skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
