Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure assigned areas are cleaned and maintained to brand standards.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and service areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
Coordinate daily room assignments and ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
Maintain records of room occupancy, linen usage, and maintenance issues.
Monitor and maintain housekeeping equipment and report any repair or replacement needs.
Ensure adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities.
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for smooth room turnover and guest satisfaction.
Team Management:
Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain performance standards.
Conduct briefings and assign duties to team members.
Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
Support in recruitment and performance evaluation of housekeeping team members.
Guest Service:
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
Ensure all guest rooms and areas meet required hygiene and presentation standards.
Contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
Administration and Reporting:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on housekeeping operations.
Maintain records for linen inventory, lost and found, and maintenance requisitions.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
