Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for

cleaning, maintaining, and servicing guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas

to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction. The role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to hygiene and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service assigned

guest rooms, corridors, and public areas

according to hotel standards. Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as per standard procedures. Make beds neatly and ensure the room is set up according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and clean bathrooms, mirrors, and fixtures. Replenish minibar, stationery, and room supplies when required. Ensure proper

use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

safely and efficiently. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to the supervisor. Maintain housekeeping trolleys and pantries in a clean and organized manner. Follow

health, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP)

at all times. Greet guests courteously and respond to their requests promptly. Support in

deep cleaning tasks

and special housekeeping projects when required. Ensure energy conservation by switching off lights and AC when rooms are unoccupied.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
