Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant with a minimum of 1 year of experience to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards across our restaurant and banquet venues in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will ensure all dining areas, restrooms, kitchens, banquet halls, and back-of-house zones are clean, safe, and well-presented to support smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize restaurant floors, furniture, restrooms, and banquet halls before, during, and after service. Ensure kitchens and service areas meet cleanliness and hygiene standards. Restock cleaning supplies and report low stock levels to the supervisor. Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to maintain cleanliness during peak hours and events. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Assistant Manager - Housekeeping. Assist with setup and cleanup of banquet events, including linen arrangements and waste disposal. Handle guest queries courteously and escalate when needed. Adhere to company policies on safety, sanitation, and hygiene at all times. Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of housekeeping or janitorial experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, or event venues. Ability to work in fast-paced, high-footfall environments. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and during special events or functions. Physically fit with the ability to lift, bend, and stand for long durations. Basic communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and sanitation protocols.
