Key responsibilities

Room and area cleaning:

Clean and make beds, change linens, clean bathrooms, dust surfaces, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in both guest rooms and public areas.

Restocking and inventory:

Replenish amenities like soap, shampoo, and toiletries, and restock minibar items as needed. Maintain cleaning carts and pantries with necessary supplies.

Guest services:

Greet guests politely and promptly respond to their requests, questions, and concerns.

Maintenance and reporting:

Identify and report any maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or damaged furniture, to supervisors or the maintenance department.

Lost and found:

Collect and turn in any lost and found items found in guest rooms.

Coordination:

Collaborate with other departments, such as laundry and room service, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
