Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Housekeeping Associate to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of guest rooms and related areas. The role ensures that guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay through high standards of housekeeping service.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards. Change bed linens, replace towels, replenish guest amenities, and maintain room supplies. Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and ensure surfaces are spotless. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor. Follow proper procedures for handling guest belongings and lost-and-found items. Ensure trolleys, cleaning equipment, and chemicals are used safely and stored properly. Follow health, hygiene, and safety guidelines at all times. Greet guests politely and respond to any housekeeping-related requests promptly. Assist in cleaning public areas when required.

Requirements:

Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel experience is an advantage). Physically fit to handle cleaning tasks. Knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals. Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision. Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment. Basic communication skills in English or local language.
